Mclaren was recently absolved from spying allegations. Ferrari is hoping mad and wants to appeal the decision. F1's reputation is at stake here, but this makes great reality opera.
It is sad that F1 scandals are newsworthy items whereas the real on track action is limited. We need a reform of the sport.
Thoughts?

recently, the world was informed that McLaren have been excluded from the 2007 constructors’ championship and fined US$100 million following the FIA World Motor Sport Council (WMSC) hearing in Paris.
We have all heard that Ron Dennis has repeatedly dennied that McLaren had made use of the leaked information but obviously things didn't go his way in the WMSC hearing. Just wondering where the fine money goes to? and who are the members who stand to gain from this? would it be the same FIA WMSC ppl?
Just curious.

it's near impossible to prove that the team did or did not benefit from the leaked info.
as far as i understand the fine goes to the other teams - or something like that.
